The Evaluation of the Fair Housing Initiatives Program
DB Consulting Group is evaluating HUD's Fair Housing Initiatives Program (FHIP). DB's work includes assessing FHIP grantee performance; preparing a FHIP history; conducting a process evaluation of FHIP grantees; conducting an outcome evaluation of FHIP cases; and proposing performance measures that can be used to satisfy requirements for the Office of Budget and Management's (OMB) Program Assessment Rating Tool (PART), and the Government Performance Rating Act (GPRA).
