Office of Innovation and Improvement (OII)
Logistical Support, Technical Assistance, and Review of Applications for Discretionary Funding Programs
OII contracted with DB Consulting to provide assistance with conference planning, peer review and coordination, dissemination of information, and logistical support and technical assistance to plan and facilitate meetings and program events associated with its discretionary grant competition. The purpose of this procurement is for OII to obtain comprehensive assistance regarding all grant competition activities, including those requiring professional judgment and analytical skills. The program office estimates receiving 1,400 applications and conducting more than 20 peer reviews during the contract term. Specific requirements under each task vary for the nine OII programs due to the program legislation, the scope of the grant competition, and the amount of funding allocated for each program to conduct panel review activities.
